Business isn't a winner-take-all competition

I agree with Tom Bilyeu in the main in the below video, but I would add that government isn’t the only entity that obstructs the free market; private monopolies and oligopolies are just as capable at rigging the system and controlling prices. The government doesn’t need to artificially dethrone billionaires because they are greedy; their existence is itself an indicator of an artificially controlled market lacking competition.

Good for entrepreneurs who create and monetize a new market, they should be rewarded in the nascent years, as intended by patent term limits. That said, no product should act as a juggernaut, destroying an economy and millions of livelihoods in the name of free enterprise. Just as the Constitution is not a suicide pact for anti-democratic forces to use it to abuse it and ultimately destroy it in order to usher in a totalitarian regime, so to, free enterprise in a humane society is not a tool for terrorist forces to use it to abuse it and ultimately usher in a totalitarian communist regime (here’s look at you, Soros and Mamadani).
